I have been suffering with chronic pain and tried everything before ending up being helped by Laura. I was feeling hopeless as nothing worked to relieve my pain. Getting needles put into a needle-phobic person was not easy for me. I decided as a last ditch effort to try an acupuncturist and found Laura. She has been instrumental in helping me keep my pain at bay and she is a wonderful, professional practitioner who actually listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend her.

I was apprehensive about acupuncture, I have had chronic back pain which I had been taking medication to alleviate. After finding Laura all of those fears have disappeared. I no longer have to take medication for my chronic pain. She genuinely cares about her patients and is interested that their treatment is working. I’ve been a patient of Laura’s for over 5 years. I contact her when I have an issue that could be helped with acupuncture. She has convenient hours (day, night, and weekend appointments). Laura is very knowledgeable about the human body and frequently attends classes to increase her knowledge. She listens to your issues/problems and aims to help both with acupuncture and with other suggestions. She has helped my past issues lessen in severity. Also, Laura will tell you if she believes acupuncture is not helping your issues and will recommend where one should seek treatment.

Throughout those 15 years she has helped my body heal from various back and shoulder injuries from excessive tennis practice and tournaments to physical issues from mental and physical stress. OMG, going to see Laura was one of the best things I’ve ever done. I was diagnosed with Bells Palsey on May 30th. The entire left side of my face was paralyzed, well after 3 months there was no improvement so I knew I had to do something. Then I saw on the news that Angeline Jolie also had Bells Palsey and that acupuncture was helping improve her condition.
So I found Laura on the internet and went to see her. When I went to see her my condition was not improving and I was beginning to get scared that my face would stay paralyzed for life.
Well an absolute miricle has happened. After 3 appointments I can now close my eye. I can also smile a little. I went today and told her my back was killing me, she worked on that for me and there is something that has changed for the better about the pain, for the better.

I started with a knee injury that I was looking at surgery. I was able to walk after one treatment. Also I have arthritis in my sciatic and she was able to calm that pain with the first treatment. Last week it was a groin pain. I have alot of confidence in her being my primary doctor.

I don’t normally do reviews, but I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation. Laura, my acupuncturist, treated my left wrist. During my treatment, she noticed a few other things were out of sync (i.e., my lower bank). I really appreciate, that after my treatment she took the time to show me a few stretches to loosen up the muscles in my lower back and hips.
